Those are State Rep Lori Wilson’s words, the representative who authored this monstrosity.
Custody disputes are no longer going to be “disputes” – the legislature has taken parental rights out of parents’ hands. Well, those parents who object to their children being chemically castrated, emotionally devasted, or permanently butchered, for sure. You now basically have no standing in a CA courtroom over the future of your kiddo.
There are other ramifications to this, as well, when it’s tied into other legislation this group of demented child abuse enablers passed last year.
Say you live out of state, and your lunatic, Munchausen-by-proxy ridden spouse take your child to CA. You used to be able to fight for their life there, too.
Not now.
You, too, will be classified as “abusive” for not affirming whatever identity that child has chosen and abusive parents have zero standing in court, right?
When the CA senate passed this out of committee in June, there were dire warnings…

Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita), one of the two senators who voted against the bill, warned parents of its serious danger during the bill’s hearing. “In the past when we’ve had these discussions and I’ve seen parental rights atrophied—I’ve encouraged people to keep fighting,” he said. “I’ve changed my mind on that. If you love your children, you need to flee California. You need to flee.”
…and when it was up for the full senate vote two days ago. Opponents – true children’s advocates – went straight to the meat of the matter, but it passed anyway.
In California, parents are presumed to be abusers.

Parents in the state were beside themselves, but, hello, you all – someone had to vote for these monsters.
“It’s mind-boggling to me,” Christina Irvin, a parent in Bakersfield said.
“How did we even get here?” It’s just downright evil.”
That’s Irvin’s reaction to California Assembly Bill 957. The proposed bill would require social workers to take children who identify as transgender, away from their parents if the parents don’t quote “affirm” the child identifying as transgender.
“I think it’s frightening. I really do,” Irvin said. “I think it’s unconscionable that the government would deem to think itself a parent.”
She said children don’t have a good grasp on what is good for them.
“We don’t let children marry at 9 because their brain is not fully developed, they’re going to change their minds who they like and who they don’t like,” Irvin said. “We don’t let them make decisions of consequence.”
Who are these monsters?
Well, Scott Wiener sponsored the bill. He’s a certifiable monster as far as normal parents are concerned.
I mean, what’s not to love? Or see exactly what his motives are with this legislation.

Just because they’re not “transing” now doesn’t mean there won’t be tremendous pressure to devolve in a week or month or next year – California schools and streets are saturated in this deviant ideology – and then what do you do?
